Joining E Personals

EPersonals is slowly growing to be one of the larger dating sites on the web. With many thousands joining each week its a great time to join them.

You can join for free to get a taste of what their site is like. Whilst there are 7 odd screens to joining them (lifestyle, physical, interests etc) it takes only 10 minutes to fill in.

The EPersonals Site

I like the overall layout. It is very easy to browse around and view peoples profiles.

The free membership allows searching, advanced search, ability to send winks and to reply to an email. The paid membership means you can send emails firstly, instant message and chat with other potential dates.

They also have a 'contact token' system which means you have unlimited contact with another person for the cost of 1 token. Useful if you just want to find a handful of people to consider dating. 10 tokens for $10, 20 tokens for $15.00 ($0.75 each), 40 tokens for $20.00 ($0.50 each).

For full subscription and contacting 'infinite' number of people then this is 7 days for $9.95, 1 month for $19.95, 3 months for $44.95.

Unfortunately I found the searching to be pretty poor for international folk. Looking for anybody in UK I got folk from china, russia and all over the place. USA searching is fine though. So it looks like lack of numbers for internationals.

Epersonals Verdict

I like the contact system they have set up - it allows you a fairly cheap way of chatting to 10 people for $10 or even more for less...there are good range of people on the site with 10,000 joining every week.

Rob's Rating - 7.5 /10 - An average dating site. Nothing special, but still good enough with the contact tokens to make it worth considering.
